Representatives of leading children's product brands regularly conduct training seminars and presentations for Smarty UA employees. These meetings are held both at the headquarters and in the branches. Such interactions help maintain a high level of expert knowledge about the products in each of Smarty UA's distribution regions.

Leading companies also invite Smarty UA sales specialists to the home countries of renowned brands for familiarization trips and training programs. Visiting the production countries and learning about the history of the brands provides a deeper understanding of their unique characteristics.

In addition, Smarty UA executives and managers attend international events and forums organized by the corporation's partners. Over the past five years, Smarty UA representatives have visited Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Finland, Iceland, and the Dominican Republic at the invitation of Baby-Nova, Hamé, Kolinska (Bebi), Nestlé, and Raisio.
